How Much Do You Charge?

Cost depends on the shoot requirements; the size, extent and location of the subject that is to be photographed.

HOWEVER, we do have base fees which we work from depending on type of shoot.

You will be surprised how inexpensive this service is.

Depending on what service you require, this could save you thousands in some projects, especially where land or property purchases are concerned.

Also very efficient in your planning; position, elevations, and potential ground issues.

For a competitive quotation please email your requirements to us.

How Much Notice To Book You In Advance?

As far in advance as possible is ideal.

There will be times when weather has backed up jobs for best weather...the better the weather the better your results obviously; so think about what you want and factor it into your plans of when you would like us to come and film/photograph for you.

Some shoots, such as overheads/mapping are best done in a natural light diffusing cloudy day. So "Horses for Courses", as they say.

Even if it is rough ‘pencilled-in’ most shoots are only confirmed at relatively short notice but should be okay, however, a 25% deposit will secure this to a ‘penned-in’ appointment that will see an agreed slot, weather permitting.

If it is renovation/rebuild/construction project then we would advise earlier the better to secure regular update shoots, as work changes quickly on site.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Photographs/Videos?

As soon as possible.

You can expect to receive your fully edited photographs within HOURS to 1-2 days, up to 1 week if the job is of a larger nature.

For aerial video allow 1-2 days for short clips and 2-3 days for short videos, but up to 10 days if the job is of a larger nature.

Do You Charge For Editing?

Editing is a fundamental part of the process so, yes. However you can request the imagery unedited for your own editing if you like :-)

A photography shoot time usually equates to the editing time.

Aerial video editing is job specific but takes longer than photography editing requirements, so depending on your instructions this will be an advanced edit compared to standard photography.

Do I Have To Sign Anything?

No, you don’t have anything to sign but to comply with commercial insurance obligations, our Terms & Conditions are issued to new clients.

Any subsequent instruction is deemed as an acceptance of the original Terms & Conditions.

This is as simple as a call, you advise us when you would like us to shoot and edit the media for you.

Weather permitting we will be with you as agreed.

We will only fly in conditions that are within the safety envelope as laid out by manufacturers recommendations and of course where permissible, again within the safety envelope of the law & guidelines as laid down by the Civil Aviation Authority.

Drone systems are generally recording in HD 1080 or UHD 4K, and Thermal Imaging, again depending on the operational requirements.

Cameras will be set up to match light conditions and fitted with filters as and where necessary to bring out the best in your images/footage.

Basic editing services are provided as standard, but advanced editing is available which can include opening titles, closing credits and soundtrack of your choice, however, if you just want the unedited media for your own personal editing then that's absolutely fine, it is yours to do with as you wish .

Your media will be available between immediate & 48hrs post flight, depending on the requirements and your requests .

•    We require the permission of the landowner to take off and land.

•    We cannot fly directly over people, vessels, cars, roads & buildings which are not under the control of the pilot/support crew and require a minimum of 50 meters

distance from these objects, however the distance can be reduced to as close as the pilot is comfortable if any or all of the above are under our control.

•    Certain restrictions may apply to certain areas and therefore additional permissions to fly may need to be sought from the CAA.

•    If we are to be flying near an airport or airfield, we will need to contact local Air Traffic Control to check with them that it is safe to operate at a certain

height on a specified date and time.

•    It will be necessary to perform a ‘Recce’ of the location that we will be operating for you.
•    The Pilot will always have the final say whether flying conditions and locations are acceptable or not.
